2. Technical Process of tee seed oil pressing production line:
 
Dehulling process:
Cleaned tee seeds are crushed into 1/4/1/6 pieces in the toothed roll decorticator (two pair). Then oil seeds are squeezed strongly by the relative rotation of the two fluted rollers with different linear velocity. Moreover, the alveolus can split and cut the hulls of oil seeds.

Kernel husk separation:
The product of cottonseeds after husking is a kind of mixture, which includes complete oi lseeds, kernel and husk. And the mixture must be seperated. Kernel and husk are separated by the combined adoption of tee seeds kernel husk separator and double drum hull beater. Kernel husk separation will effectively separate the mixture into kernel and hull. Kernel is sent into flaking process and tee seeds hull is conveyed into warehouse or packed and stacked.

Kernel and hull adjustment:  
The separated cottonseeds kernel are conveyed into the kernel and hull adjustment screen through the conveyer scraper, because the higher hull content in the kernel is, the lower protein content in the finished tee seed meal is.

Flaking:
The main purpose of flaking is to destroy cell wall within cottonseed kernel so that oil within tee seed kernel can be extracted out.After the process of flaking,the thickness of material will be reduced and its surface area will be increased,which are in favor of moisture penetration and heat transfer towards the inside of particle in the cooking process.

Cooking:  
After wetting, heating, steaming, frying and other processing, the raw embryos come up complicated physical chemistry change in its interior and become mature embryos. Thus creating a better condition to extract the oil, the heat treatment process is called cooking. Cooking can accelerate the rupture of the color glands. If high moisture cooking is adopted, the phospholipids absorb water firstly and then condensed. Thus the chance of the formation of phospholipid and gossypol mixture can be reduced, meanwhile, the chance of the formation of denatured gossypol is reduced.

Pressing process:
Embryos after cooking are called cooked flakes,crude oil containing slags from presser is pressed into oil settling tank through oil scraper blade,after the slag is removed,the crude oil is sent into oil filter tank,and then it is sent into horizontal screw centrifuge for purification. Pre-pressed cake from oil presser is conveyed into extraction plant by cake collecting scraper and cake scraper and then enters into the following process.
